The mission is to utilize our God given talents to offer new, remodel, and light commercial construction projects at fair market prices while contributing our time and other resources to organizations helping those in need of shelter and a place to call home.

Hector Lopez - President/Owner
Hector has over 30 years of experience in the building industry which includes new construction, renovations, and commercial projects. He has served as President of the Home Builders Association of Georgia and holds certifications for NARI project management, OSHA, NPDES, and lead testing. He is a licensed Tennessee residential builder and Georgia builder in residential/light commercial and is fully insured.
His passion for the industry continues to grow, and he prides himself in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Hector loves to spend time in the kitchen cooking and creating new recipes; however, time with family and friends is by far the best!
Octavia Lopez - VP of Client Services
Octavia has over 26 years in the customer service industry. Her experience as a former flight attendant and elementary teacher allows her to bring exceptional organizational and procedural skills to our back office. Octavia’s passions include volunteering to help homeless pets and travel.
